You can enable the hide form after the form submits using the Post Grid Combo plugin. This article will help you hide the forms after the form is submitted.
To begin, insert a “Form Wrap” block.
Then choose a form variation to make a form. For Example, I choose the contact form.
Now click on the “After Submit” tab.
Click the “Add Action” button, and select the Hide Form.
